On the top of the mountain

It was a normal sunday, with some friends we were going hiking and on the top of the mountain Ulriken in Bergen, Norway, we wanted to take a picture of all of us, so we asked the first person we saw and it was a man. After the picture, we had a nice conversation with him. In the middle of that conversation he said that he had pain in his body, like the muscles were reducing. No one knew why it happened, it is just something that comes and goes, the doctors said. So we said to him that we believe in a God who heals and if we could pray for him. He said yes like it wasn´t a problem at all, so we prayed for him and gave him some encouragements words, words of truth, life, we just loved on him saying that God loves him so much and nothing could take that away. He got touched, he didn´t cry or something but we could see that he felt something, that God was doing something. We asked him if he felt something in his arm (it was there where he felt the pain at that moment) and he replied that it was better. PRAISE GOD.

A God encounter..

I was at a christian summer conferance, where one day we could go out to the city and just pray for people, love on them. Some people got healed, some had a feet growing out… But in the middle of that i got to speak with some muslims but i realized quictly that this conversation just ended as a discution, so i told them that i´m not here for discuss religion that is not my task. One of them ask then, what my task was, so i just replied that i´m here to love on people and leave the rest to God. I got a huge and they left but before they left i gave to one of them a challenge with the bibleverse in Jeremiah 29:13 “If you look for me wholeheartedly, you will find me.” that to seek God wholeheartedly and to see what happened. It ended there…. I was maybe finished, well i thought but God wasn´t.

The next day, they who wanted could again go out to pray for people but this time i wasn´t with them. I heard it afterward when one of they who had gone to pray for people told me this.

The thing is that the muslims i spoke to, they came back. They still started to discuss religion with 2 other girls in the prayer-team but in the middle of that one of the girls poke out a word of knowledge: pain in the shoulder. If i remember it clearly, i think the one who had pain in his shoulder told me that but that time he didn´t want to be prayed for, but this time he said yes and he got HEALED.

When i heard that i was so glad. When i started to talked to them, i felt it was simply an dead end, it didn´t get anywhere but God WASN´T finished. He still go after people till they got their encounter. And even so i didn´t see it, i was sowing something and someone else cultivated it. But we work together as one body, we need each other.

God is awesome and extremely GOOD.

At work…

Sometimes i work in a nursing home for old people beside my studies. An afternoon i was working there, in the evening, i went to help an old person to get to bed, and in the mean time i was giving him/her some medicine that the doctor had described to him/her. But this old person had always had difficulties to sleep, him/her couldn´t get the eyes closed. So the old person asked if him/her could have an extra pills for sleeping, but i can´t give more than what him/her is described on. So i told him/her that and in the same time i said that i´m a christian and i believe in a God who heals and if i could pray for him/her. This old person said that him/her believe that there was a God, a Father but him/her didn´t believe that God would heal this problem. I said that even so him/her don´t believe i do, and if i could pray for him/her. This old person said YES. i prayed a short prayer and leaved after that.

Some days after, i was again working in the same nursing home and this old person that i had prayed for said to me “to you remembered when you prayed for me a night??”  i said YES of cause, him/her respond and said “i slept all night that evening”  I THANKED GOD and REJOICED for what He has done.

There was also another time i prayed to the same old person at the nursing home and him/her slept all night.

Jesus, hvem er som Du.

GOD IS GOOD =)

A young girl filled with the Holy Spirit leads her entire school to Christ

 

A trip to Oslo

Thursday I went to oslo with a friend to visit a friend of ours. We went by train at 4 0´clock p.m. something like that. After 2 hours from Bergen, where the train were leaving, the train stopped at Mjølfjell 6 hours before returning to the beginning, Bergen. The train couldn´t  go futher because there were a problem with the electricity line (something like that). While we (me and my friend) were waiting in the train, we asked God to use us. A little later we came in a conversation with an ex drug addicted but he had problems with alcohol. He was funny, said funny things and he was really nice. He was around 50 years old. We gave him some encouragements, true words, we talked about God to him and that God loves him.. etc.. we also prayed for him. He got touch. He said “your never gonna make me a christian but these words your were saying is stuck in my heart, I heard every word, i will remember.”

Later then, we got a new friend, we had a normal conversation with her in the beginning and when we came to Bergen again we (us + her) took a taxi to the airport. In the flight, my friend came into a conversation about God and taught some testemonies about friends who have been healed. When the flight came to Oslo we went to take a baggage and then I just ask her directly if she wanted to receive Jesus into her life and she answered “YES I DO” that´s really wonderful we prayed together and I ask her again if she wanted my english Bible. ´cause in the flight i were filling that i should give my Bible. I said to myself “should i or should i not ask her??” Anyway i asked her and she wanted it. =D

Even if we got a loooooooooong travel God made it successful and amazing =D

Later that day my friend so a young girl who´s drug addicted with crutches, she felt in her heart that she should go to her. She went and she ask her if she could prayed for her. The girl responded “YES” when she prayed the girl with a smile and excitement said “I couldn´t  do this before and this and this…, she bow her knees, she walked without her crutches” God healed her =) My friend asked her if she wanted to receive Jesus in her life and she said “YES”   AMAZING  GOD IS GOOD =D

The time we were in Oslo, God lead us to many people which were opened and were  we came to tell them about God in a normal conversation we had, we also prayed for them.

GOD IS  AWESOME

At the street…

Today (monday 21/06), its a very good and great day. I and my friend Ingrid, we went to the city, there we walk around the city, prayed for the city and the people who where there. I think it´s awesome to just sit down a place or just stop for a moment and look around us, to see the different people who are just where we are, the different clothes they were but still we are loved by God just as we are. =) That´s awesome =D

I and Ingrid, we sat down next to a woman who Ingrid though that she may look a little sad. We began to talk her and she talk back to us, we had a little conversation. We didn´t spoke about God or prayed for her, we just talked to her before she went to take the buss.

We always think that nobody have time or wants to talk to stranger but I think that we are wrong. Maybe there are few who don´t wanna talk but there are often more person i think who is open if we just begin. Even if we didn´t talk about God or prayed for her, i think that we were seaded something in her. Just because we have God in us, then it shows on the outside and the person next to us can feel it or see it or whatever.

After that we went to a park, where the people who takes drugs meets. We spoke to one especially who was open for God. It was easy to spoke to him. We prayed for him  and give him some encouragement words.

God is good =)

Cancer gone

I and some friends prayed for a lady who had cancer. The doctor told her that she would have 1 year to live. We kept praying for her. When she returned to the doctor, he didn´t find anything. The cancer was gone. She is completely HEALED. Thanks to God.  We have and serve a awesome God. He is powerful. He is real.  He can and wants heal you.

GOD LOVES YOU
